ABOUT

Jessica Hynes

Jessica is so grateful to have discovered Pilates as a part of rehabilitation following a neck injury and to have experienced the benefits firsthand when becoming a mom. Through her journey, she found a new way of movement that changed her life and is excited to bring that same joy and benefit to her clients!

Jessica has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and holds comprehensive certifications through Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI) and pre and postnatal certifications through East River Pilates, Jenny Redford Pilates and Body of Light Pilates.

When she isn’t on the mat, Jessica loves spending time gardening, cooking, and enjoying Long Island with her husband, son, and rescue dogs, Loki and Pickles.

Method

Jessica takes a ‘whole person' approach when working with clients. Whether recovering from injury, a mother of three, or looking to build strength and flexibility, Jessica creates a program that is entirely responsive to every lifestyle and individual needs. She believes in working safely with clients to address any injuries or discomforts while still providing a challenging work out.
